Medical Form

If your child needs medication, we will do our best to support this. However, medication must be ‘as prescribed’ and provided in its container with the prescription label. Parents will need to complete a medicine authorisation form, available to download (link below) or from the school office, without which staff cannot administer medicines.

Children do, and will from time to time, have accidents in school. Usually these are trips or falls incurring only minor bumps or grazes, but occasionally injuries can be more significant.  Usually, very minor incidents will be treated by our first aiders in school and parents notified as a courtesy. We always notify parents of any head injury and any other injury which, in our judgement, warrants further attention or where the parent may feel it best to take the child home.
