It is quite a new phenomenon for the staff in the Sunshine Room to have so many taxi's transporting the pupils. I appreciate that it has taken some time for problems to be sorted, and I'm afraid some are still causing difficulties, although these are being addressed. As a result of this, we no longer see many parents 'at the door', which is why we use the Home School / Weekend / What I've Done Today books to communicate. The website is yet another way of keeping in touch with us and can be accessed from work or home at any time of the day or night, so although a speedy response can't be guaranteed, it is a format for 'far away' family and friends to keep up to date with what is going on in the base, and maybe drop us a line.

Welcome to our new web page!! Here you will find information on what we have been up to in the Communication Resource Base, photo's of the work being undertaken and up to date blogs on news and upcoming events.
As you can see from the photo's below we have already begun establishing
rules and routines. All pupils have adapted well to the change in classroom,
staff and friends, and I'm happy to say we make quite a lovely group!
