ThinkQuest UK in association with the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust has awarded the Green Gang ThinkQuest team of Maes Yr Haul an 'Honourable Mention'. The winning websites can be seen by clicking the Going Green website logo. Team members have been invited to a day out to London to attend a special award ceremony and to visit the London Dungeons.

The websites by the two teams have now been submitted to the ThinkQuest competition. All members of the teams worked exceptionally hard to complete their websites. Well done to you all.

Lauren and Katie (and their film about Sony) were finalists in the Media 4 Schools Awards Ceremony at BBC Wales studios in Cardiff. They were in a shortlist of the top three primary schools in South Wales in the category of Best-edited film. This was an excellent achievement for the girls, given the number of films Media 4 Schools would have viewed during the last year – well done!

We also learn how to create our own websites.
Our computer club teacher is Mr Kierl.
We have split the club into to days Tuesday and Wednesday lunchtime, because we had so many year6 pupils who wanted to join which is a very good thing.
